After placing an order, you have a 24-hour window to request a cancellation. Once this period has passed, it takes up to 5 days to produce your LoveBricks set, followed by 1-2 days to pack and ship your order then 6–12 days for delivery.

If your tracking number only shows "Label Created," try entering it on our website's *Track Your Order* page for a more detailed update on its status. If no additional information appears, this typically means the tracking will update once the package arrives in your home country, which may take a few days after its departure.

We use last-mile tracking numbers for all orders. This means your package will be tracked through the international courier until it enters the local courier system in your country. Once it’s in the local system, tracking updates will be reflected there.
